The Catalan Giants Offers Zero Stress for Loaned Star Marcus Rashford

Marcus Rashford states that he experiences nothing at Barcelona as "a pressure" and is relishing a "new language of football" as he keeps flourishing following his transfer from Manchester United.

"I don't view anything here as like a pressure. It's just, I'm here to play football," Rashford told reporters.

The 28-year-old England forward signed for the La Liga club on a loan deal in the offseason after a difficult spell at Old Trafford, which included a second-half of last season playing on loan at Aston Villa.

Impressive Start in Spanish Football

His move to La Liga has proven a notable achievement thus far, with the player netting six goals and making eight goal assists in twenty-one outings.

"It has been fantastic. I feel accepted. I've just been appreciating every step of the way," the footballer remarked.

Adopting a New Culture

Rashford, who shared that Barcelona were his "favorite club outside of England" during his childhood, said he is making an effort to immerse himself in the culture while living in the Catalan capital.

"It's different, but it's a great learning curve for me," he said. "And even little things, picking up the language and understanding the culture, it's all pleasurable for me."

Professional Revival and Future Possibilities

After netting one hundred and thirty-eight goals in 426 matches for United and claiming five significant honors, Rashford lost his place at his childhood team. This led to a short-term move to Aston Villa before his initial loan to Barca in July.

His impressive loan spell at Villa Park attracted attention of England manager Thomas Tuchel, enabling him to win back his place in the international setup.

Barcelona, the record La Liga champions, hold an option to sign Rashford on a permanent basis for thirty point three million pounds in 2026. Rashford has already expressed his wish to remain.

New Language of The Game

"It's a different philosophy of football," said Rashford. "I've always been, like countless others, an admirer of the Spanish style. To represent the biggest club in Spain is a huge honour."

His performance in a recent two-one Champions League victory, where he came off the bench and delivered an key pass, earned accolades from the local press.

With Barcelona atop the league, Rashford's aim for the remainder of the season is "simply just to win."

"It's a club that demands this," he finished. "The environment is always pushing us to be the finest players we can be, so it's perfect to be in a place like this."
