An individual aged 23 from the local area received a jail term of 27 weeks, deferred for 12 months, after pleading guilty to reckless operation of a vehicle.

According to authorities, the recording was filmed at an unauthorized car meet in Portsmouth on December 28th, 2024, showing the individual operating a distinctive colored vehicle.

The officer continued: “These events are not only a total disturbance, but they also place participants and innocent bystanders at danger of serious injury.”
