Move Over, Rupert Murdoch: Could Lord Rothermere Poised to Be Britain's Most Powerful Media Mogul?

Biding twenty years for a fresh opportunity to secure a coveted business purchase is a luxury not available to most business leaders. The Harmsworth dynasty, though, adopts a more relaxed approach to time.

While the majority of corporate boards draw up short-term strategies, the family, having built a formidable media empire over over one hundred years, are used to planning in terms of decades.
